Add a client business
Invite client staff from the client workspace’s Team page. They can only access workspaces they are invited to.
Transfer a client to its own account
The new owner signs in and accepts within seven days. Agency access ends; contacts, tickets, and consent records stay with the business. Its standalone plan starts at Starter preview limits. Existing client member access is retained. Review its Team list before transfer. No email is sent automatically.
